Let's get away from all the BlackBerry insanity my colleague, Gavin, has been promoting these past few days. Let me talk to you about a few things I advise our trader clients before trading. Trading is a high-stress activity and it's important you manage your emotions and your stress at all stages. I always liken trading to golfing. Every game is different. However, if you had a good education, you will still do better than those who are "winging" it. If you are angry, sad, and experiencing any type of extreme emotion, you SHOULD NOT trade. I can't make that clear enough. The Checklist:
